No two strength programs at PEP are the same. Every athlete at PEP is trained in a one-on-one trainer to athlete environment. Emphasis on proper load and work to rest ratio, working toward optimal intensities, training correct technique as well as nutrition pre and post workout.
Various techniques are used to manipulate soft tissues for the purpose of warm-up, increased range of motion, and the removal of mechanical limitations for optimal training & performance.
Because nutrition plays a big part in your performance and is often overlooked, at PEP you will receive intra and post workout supplementation as well as a detailed eating plan based on your individual goals and body analysis.
You can't run fast if you are weak. At PEP we place an emphasis on individualized strength programs, plyometrics to improve the stretch-shortening cycle, sprinting drills to reinforce positional stability and proper work to rest ratios.
